Aztek develops Cylinder Tracking, Dispatch and Inventory Management Solution

Aztek Web Solutions are pleased to advise we are in the final stages of the development of a cylinder tracking, dispatch and inventory management solution for a leading LPG and Industrial gas supplier based in Ipswich.  After searching the globe for an "off-the-shelf" solution, it became clear that a tailored made gas cylinder tracking solution was necessary to fulfill the functionality required to satisfy the gas supply market in Australia and our clients needs.

The initial solution includes a range of features and functionality including:

• Managing customers, orders and allowing customer's to have individual, fixed or recommended recommended retail pricing.
• Manage the dispatch process and assign and setup scheduled delivery runs.
• Manage the vehicle manifest and track kilometres travelled, start and end times of delivery.
• Manage the product inventory and track the location of all cylinders/products at all times.
• Allow rental products to have rent paid upfront or on the balance of cylinders at the end of the month.
• Ability to generate customer invoices and cylinder rental invoices
• Ability to generate overdue invoices and statements
• Ability for invoices and statements to be printed and/or emailed.
• Plus a range of reports to manage customer prices, product prices and inventory utilization.
• Role based portal home page allowing users to see only the information necessary.

Our client was initially managing their gas supply operations with MYOB and a variety of complex Excel spreadsheets, which has restricted their ability to grow as a business. We researched many software packages and solutions including some of the leading cylinder tracking solutions in the United States and Canada, but none of the solutions where capable of meeting the requirements and complexities of our client's operations.

• In-truck invoicing and order placement
• Driver communications and alerts
• Customer website for online orders, invoices and payments.
• Automatic credit card processing for online payments.
• Vehicle GPS tracking

Aztek Web Solutions launches the new GreenMarketPlace.com.au with fresh new design and functionality

The greenmarketplace.com.au was originally built on eSyndicate Directory software and offered a green business directory and green articles on a range of environmentally friendly and organic information to assist visitors on going green.

The Greenmarketplace wanted to offer online shopping for its customers and provide a more sophisticated look and feel.  Aztek Web Solutions provided Greenmarketplace with a new CMS and eCommerce shopping cart, plus transferred their existing web content and directory links to a new software platform that gave Greenmarketplace more flexibility for expanding their website in future plus offer an easy to use shopping cart so they can add a wide range of green and organic products over time.  Greenmarketplace now has the ability to completely manage all their website content and orders from the one software system.

Aztek Web Solutions also modified the software template/theme and developed the necessary graphics to give Greenmarketplace a sleek new design and more modern look and feel for their visitors.
